We suggest securing your date with us at least 6 months ahead. This is especially true during peak seasons, when love is in the air, and dates fill up quickly.

Yet, we understand life's unpredictability and stand ready to capture your story into our calendar on short notice, subject to availability.

Our packages are designed to meet a variety of needs and preferences, ranging from basic coverage to premium options that include same-day highlights, a full gallery within 30 days, engagement shoots, and more. However, this may vary depending on the time of year and our workload.Every package comes with our commitment to capturing your moments with warmth and speed.

For detailed package options, we invite you to reach out directly.

To secure our luxury wedding photographers, we kindly ask for a 50% retainer. As we draw closer, 30% is due a month out to ensure everything's perfectly in place. On your wedding day, a further 10% signifies our commitment to capturing your moments. The final touch? The last 10% as you receive your gallery of memories, ensuring every frame is as cherished as the moment it captures.

For your wedding, Ginger Films typically assigns a team of two photographers and two videographers ensuring no moment, no glance, and no smile goes unnoticed.

Should your needs extend beyond this, we're flexible and happy to tailor our team accordingly, ensuring every pivotal moment is beautifully captured.

Absolutely! Our photographers are equipped to capture your special moments, no matter the location. However, If your wedding is located outside of our local area, we will charge for travel and accommodation expenses.
